SpeakeasyShorts is a new type of film competition — a collaboration between filmmakers and storytellers. On November 15, filmmaking teams will discover which story they have been paired with — and have 5 days to create a short film (less than 7 minutes) based on a true tale. The films premiere the following weekend (November 22 and 23) — and one team walks away with a $1,000 cash prize!
Choose to attend the Storytelling Performance (Fri., Nov. 15 @ 8pm) and/or the Film Premieres (Sat., Nov. 23 at 7:30 and 9:30pm). There is also a Double Feature Pass which allows entry into Friday and one screening on Saturday.
